Springfield’s Lincoln Library is a 3-story granite clad concrete structure constructed as the main branch for the Springfield Public Library. Graham & Hyde was the original architect for the building and continues to provide on-going architectural services to the library.
Recent renovation projects at the library have included an exterior façade restoration, replacement of the facility’s main entrances, accessible restroom renovations, carpet replacement, and a reconfiguration of the children’s reading area.
In 2014, construction began on second floor renovations which will include a new reading room, a computer training room, a coffee café, and a new public computer area.
“We have had great experiences with G&H Architects over the years and highly recommend them for their attention to detail, vision, and responsiveness.”
